OBJECTIVE: The aim is to contribute to Istanbul’s ability to have a say in the global economy with products and services via high technology and knowledge intensity, and to develop high value-added products as a result of producing domestic products with high technology and knowledge intensity and using these products in R&D and innovation studies by a public institution serving in the environmental sector.
