Prof. Dr. Pelin Alpk\u00f6kin, Deputy Secretary General of IMM; Mr. Mustafa Osman Turan, Foreign Relations Advisor to the Mayor of Istanbul; Mr. Barbaros B\u00fcy\u00fcksa\u011fnak, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of IMM, with online participation by Hon.
