Emphasizing that protecting nature is a collaborative effort that requires cooperation between communities, Imamo\u011flu said, \u201cIstanbul has been identified as the most vulnerable city among European cities to the coastal impacts of climate change. Throughout 2023, it has experienced historically high temperatures causing severe droughts and simultaneously struggled with floods. Climate change-induced weather extremes have already arrived on Istanbul&#8217;s doorstep. While Istanbul is taking measures to mitigate the impact of climate change, we need to recognize that a broader collective effort is needed to ensure climate
