Yerel belediye temsilcileri AB hibe \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131nda hangi tematik alana y\u00f6neldiklerini ve proje yazma a\u015famas\u0131nda hangi konularda zorland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
