Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) paid a visit to Mr. Kubanıçbek Ömüraliyev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), at the OTS Headquarters in Fatih on January 22, 2025. During the meeting, potential collaborations between İBB and OTS were discussed, and the importance of strengthening relations among local governments within the Turkic World was emphasized.
