GRANT PROGRAM: French Development Agency (AFD)

OBJECTIVE: The project is designed to promote gender equality in the transportation sector. It has three main objectives. The first of these objectives is to organize an awareness campaign to challenge prejudices in society, encourage women and support them in pursuing a career path. The second main objective is to provide training (theoretical, technical, practical, and field training) to ensure that women are employed as drivers in the public transportation sector. The third and final objective is to share the project’s experiences with stakeholders through a workshop.
