OBJECTIVE: The project is designed to promote gender equality in the transportation sector. It has three main objectives. The first of these objectives is to organize an awareness campaign to break down prejudices in society, encourage women and support them in creating a career path. The second main objective is to provide training (theoretical, technical, practical or field training, etc.) to ensure that women are employed as drivers in the public transportation sector. The third and final objective is to share our experiences with our stakeholders through a workshop.
