GRANT PROGRAM: ERA-NET

PURPOSE: The project develops a toolkit named StreetOasis to provide consensus for urban officials, citizens, and civic organizations on street transformation projects that impact accessibility in urban neighborhoods.

Project Implementation Steps:

• “Yoğurtçu Park” was chosen as the pilot application location and living lab.
• Each city’s own set of tools will be tested by coming together with local users living in the region.
• Workshops and ateliers will be held with the public on design and functionality.
• As the outcome of the study, “parklet” application in the pop-up field will be made if appropriate conditions are provided.
• Traffic slowing analysis will be carried out in the pilot area.
