Social Democratic Municipalities Association (SODEM) organized an online “European Union Support Programs Information Seminar” for municipalities in cooperation with IBB Department of Foreign Relations and Şişli Municipality. The seminar, in which Mr. Resul Emrah Şahan, President of SODEM and also Mayor of Şişli Municipality, Mr. Zelal Şen, Head of Union Programs Department of the Directorate for EU Affairs, and Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, Head of IBB Foreign Relations Department, participated as a speaker, was moderated by Mr. Oğuz Demir, Member of IBB/Şişli Assembly – Chairman of the Planning and Budget Commission.

In the seminar, informative presentations were made by the experts of the Directorate for EU Affairs about the Horizon Europe Program, Erasmus+ and ESC (European Solidarity Corps) Programs, and Digital Europe Program.
