METROPOLIS Brussels World Congress

Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, Head of Foreign Relations Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Mr. Fahri Murat Tuncay, Foreign Relations Director, attended the 14^th  Metropolis World Congress held within the framework of the Brussels City Summit held in Brussels, Belgium between 12-15 June 2023, representing Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Member of the Metropolis Board of Directors. Within the scope of the congress, the election of the new organization president and board of directors for the 2024-2026 period was also held and Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu was re-elected as a member of the Board of Directors on behalf of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
