The Istanbul Foreign Relations Coordination Meeting organized under the coordination of the IMM Foreign Relations Department was attended by the managers and experts of the district municipalities in Istanbul who carry out foreign relations and EU project studies, IMM affiliates İSKİ, İETT and their affiliates. The meeting, which was attended by IMM Deputy Secretary General Ms. Zeynep Neyza Akçabay, IMM Foreign Relations Department Head Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, IMM Presidential Advisor and Retired Ambassador Mr. Mustafa Osman Turan and Şişli Municipality Future Design Office General Coordinator Mr. Arif Can Asal as speakers, was moderated by IMM EU Relations Branch Manager Mr. Dr. Ali Doğanay. In the meeting, IMM’s foreign relations activities were explained by IMM Foreign Relations Branch Manager Mr. Fahri Murat Tuncay and EU project studies were explained by IMM EU Relations Branch Manager Mr. Dr. Ali Doğanay. In the second session of the meeting, district municipalities were given the right to speak and the foreign relations and EU project studies of the district municipalities were explained. The meeting ended with the wishes to increase cooperation between IMM and district municipalities on foreign relations and EU projects.
