In the meeting we held in our Directorate with Mr. Fırat Demirkol, Deputy Foreign Relations Coordinator from Istanbul Gelisim University, Yasemin Tahtallı, and Kübra Yücel from the Directorate of People with Disabilities, we evaluated the project idea of Mr. Fırat, which envisages the preparation of training content for employers that will accelerate the employment processes of disabled people and increase the employment opportunities of disabled people by determining the needs of disabled people and employers. Ms. Yasemin and Ms. Kübra from the Directorate of People with Disabilities expressed their reservations and suggestions regarding the project. In line with the corrections to be made in the project idea and the suggestions received, Mr. Fırat will finalize his idea for the project and share it with us and the Directorate of People with Disabilities will present the project to their managers.
