OBJECTIVE: Identifying disabled children who need special education for developmental disabilities from early childhood, strengthening the human infrastructure that plays an important role in their lives to provide education appropriate to their developmental stages, and developing and disseminating a holistic rehabilitation model supported by a proven service infrastructure that will increase the quality of life of this at-risk group and provide them with equal conditions with their peers.
