IMM’s Head of Foreign Relations Department, Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, Attended the Yakutia Sakha Turks Night of the Russian Federation

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, Mr. Barbaros Büyüksağnak, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), attended the Yakutia Sakha Turks Night of the Russian Federation, organized by YAKUTDER, at the Yörük Otağı Tent located in the Turkic World Cultural Complex.

The evening emphasized the importance of strengthening cultural ties among Turkic peoples through shared artistic and cultural expressions. The program concluded with a gift presentation and closing ceremony.
