GRANT PROGRAM: Horizon Europe

OBJECTIVE: The aim of the project is to make purchases through Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) processes within the scope of Green ICT (Green Information Technologies), in line with the European Green Deal and the Circular Economy Action Plan. Purchasing will be carried out by developing IT software platforms that include R&D and innovation to address the problems and needs identified in these tenders, which will be announced by the EU Commission through international tenders in partnership with the cities to be determined in Europe. If IMM becomes the main supplier, it will carry out the procurement processes on behalf of all other EU cities and will manage a budget of at least 7–10 million euros.
