OBJECTIVE: Designing a street closed to traffic to encourage play. The Game Street Maltepe project, which is being implemented in partnership with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Maltepe Municipality, and EKA Creative Studio, is a project designed to ensure the safety of children on the streets and to encourage them to play on the streets, and is intended to be implemented in the end. Within the scope of this project, in Maltepe District, Altayçeşme Neighborhood, on Prof. Dr. Sulhi Dönmezer Street, it is aimed to create a safe, playable, and aesthetically valuable public space through Tactical Urbanism applications.
