The meeting was held at the Istanbul Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Directorate for EU Affairs.  EU Relations Director Dr. Ali Doğanay, Deputy Director Akın Özkardaş, and Project Coordinator Dilek Çol Yılmaz attended the meeting. EU Affairs expert Sinem İçöz Bölükbaşı and EU Affairs expert Ayşe Deniz Arıcan attended the meeting on behalf of the Directorate for EU Affairs. Cooperation issues between the two institutions were discussed, especially the promotion of the Jean Monnet Scholarship and the College of Europe Master’s Scholarship Program at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
