Digital Twin Application for Sustainable Rail System Operation includes studies on the creation of a digital twin model of a station under operation in rail systems. The digital twin model will enable the management of the station’s facility management systems (SCADA, ERP, Energy Management, Passenger Information, Maintenance) and Building Information Models with a single platform. The station will be operated more sustainably and efficiently throughout its life cycle.

Within the scope of the digital twin study, it is aimed to manage the data coming from all systems of Metro İstanbul A.Ş. (SCADA, SAP, Passenger Information, Energy Management) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) models on a common web-based platform and to operate the stations more sustainably and efficiently by performing the necessary analyses (Preventive Maintenance Analyses, Energy Management Analyses, Train Performance Analyses) throughout their life cycle after they are put into operation. In addition, rapid access will be provided to the maintenance documents and equipment features at the relevant stations.
