OBJECTIVE: The Digital Twin Application for Sustainable Rail System Operation focuses on creating a digital twin model of an operational rail system station. This model will enable the integration and management of the station’s facility systems (SCADA, ERP, Energy Management, Passenger Information, Maintenance) and Building Information Models (BIM) on a single platform. As a result, the station will be operated more sustainably and efficiently throughout its life cycle.

SCOPE:

• Managing data from all Metro Istanbul systems (SCADA, SAP, Passenger Information, Energy Management) and BIM models on a common web-based platform
• Conducting analyses such as Preventive Maintenance Analyses, Energy Management Analyses, and Train Performance Analyses to ensure sustainable and efficient station operations throughout their life cycle
• Providing rapid access to maintenance documents and equipment specifications for relevant stations
