Upon the cooperation request submitted by Çorlu Municipality, an Information Meeting on Projects and Grant Programs was organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality EU Relations Directorate within the scope of information and experience-sharing activities.

The topics discussed at the meeting were:

• Introduction, objectives, tasks, organizational structure and activities of the Directorate of EU Relations,
• “Project Processes” presentation including project definition, project preparation and writing stages to provide a general framework for project applications to benefit from national and international funds,
• Presentation of the main grant programs (Horizon, ISTKA, IPA) from which IBB institutions and organizations benefit the most,
• Examples of projects that awarded funding.
