Center for Improving Children’s Well-Being (ÇİHAM)
GRANT PROGRAM: ISTKA (Istanbul Development Agency)
OBJECTIVE: The project aims to increase the participation in social life and school enrollment rates of war-affected Syrian refugee children living at risk in Istanbul by providing equal opportunities. To this end, a support center will be established to organize quality-enhancing educational and related activities within an inter-institutional cooperation framework. The project also seeks to strengthen peer communication by involving Turkish students in this process and to provide equal opportunities for Turkish children without access to preschool education.
