A working meeting was held between the staff of the International Research Unit of the Directorate of Foreign Relations and the coordinators of the Directorate of EU Relations. The presentations including an introduction to the Directorate of EU Relations and its activities were made and continued with basic project information training. Information was given on the processes required for the application to a grant program. Project management terminology was introduced. Project preparation and writing processes were explained. Afterwards, detailed information was given on ERASMUS+, Horizon EUROPE, and ISTKA (Istanbul Development Agency), the grant programs that our institution benefits the most. The scope and application conditions of these programs were introduced. Taking the existing project ideas, it was discussed which programs it would be appropriate to apply to.
