Dr. Hüseyin Sert, Director of EU Relations, together with Akın Özkardaş and Serra Er from the EU Relations Directorate, visited the Consul General of France in Istanbul, Bertrand Buchwalter, in his office. Consul General Buchwalter wished Dr. Hüseyin Sert success in his new position. During the meeting with Consul General Buchwalter, possible collaborations with the Consulate General of France regarding the social and cultural events to be organized by the Directorate for EU Relations in Istanbul were discussed. Consul General Buchwalter stated that the Directorate for EU Relations can contribute to the organization of social and cultural events for Erasmus students in Istanbul. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Sert emphasized that they are open to cooperation in this regard. Cooperation between IMM and the French Cultural Center was also discussed during the meeting.
