Istanbul Social Hospitals – Development of Rehabilitation Models for Disadvantaged Groups
GRANT PROGRAM: ISTKA (Istanbul Development Agency)
OBJECTIVE: By providing education, rehabilitation, and consultancy services to meet the different needs of disadvantaged groups living in Istanbul who are or may be exposed to social exclusion (disabled individuals, street children, children at risk of living on the streets), they will be removed from social deprivation, their participation in social life will be increased, and their life opportunities will be enhanced to ensure that they benefit equally and fully and to contribute to strengthening their ties with other city residents in Istanbul.
