OBJECTIVE: To provide public institutions and organizations in the field of information technologies in Istanbul with the ability to respond to emergencies both in extraordinary situations such as natural disasters and in ordinary daily life, and to improve the continuity, efficiency, and quality of communication services. In this way, the aim is to establish a new generation broadband wireless communication network backbone to increase the innovation capability of relevant ICT institutions and the global competitiveness of the region.
