OBJECTIVE: It aims to contribute to making Istanbul, which is the visible face of Turkey and its window to the world, a center of attraction in the field of local governments with its R&D and innovation studies. It will also help Istanbul transform into an R&D and innovation-oriented economic structure by producing technological products and services.
