The “Information Event on European Union Project and Funding Opportunities for University Students,” organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Foreign Relations Department in cooperation with the Department of Youth ans Sport Services, was held on January 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00 at the Artİstanbul Feshane Conference Hall. During the event, comprehensive information was provided on the Erasmus+ Program, the European Solidarity Corps, European Union project and funding mechanisms, research and academic career opportunities, internships and career opportunities in EU institutions, as well as EU education, travel, and international networking programs for young people. The event aimed to encourage the active participation of young people in EU-supported programs. Project Specialist Hilal Baktaş, Founder of EU-EVENT-UP-HB Academy, served as the trainer, and many students from various universities attended the event.
