VISIT FROM AMBASSADOR FLAKE TO IMAMOGLU

Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu hosted the newly appointed US Ambassador to Ankara Jeffry Lane Flake in his office in Saraçhane. At the courtesy visit, Flake received detailed information from Imamoglu about the “Pay-It-Forward” application, which won the grand prize in the 2021 “Bloomberg Global Mayors Competition”. During the meeting, Imamoglu and Flake exchanged ideas on possible areas of cooperation and supporting local initiatives.
